Cancellation Policy

Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure clarity and a smooth planning process, the following policies apply to all One Art Space events. By booking a party, the host agrees to these terms on behalf of all guests. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. Parties are not held without a deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. At the time of final payment: - Guest headcount must be finalized. - Selected activity and add-ons are confirmed - All payments become non-refundable. No refunds or credits are provided for unused seats, late arrivals, early departures, or overestimated guest counts. Cancellation Policy All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after final payment has been received are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Rescheduling Policy One reschedule request may be made per booking (7 days up to the party date), subject to studio availability. Reschedule requests must be made with advance notice. Rescheduled events must take place within a reasonable timeframe determined by One Art Space. Additional fees may apply if pricing, staffing needs, or activity availability change. Additional Terms One Art Space reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including emergencies or facility issues. In such cases, a refund or credit will be issued at the studio’s discretion.
